Beauty Sleep

Beauty sleep, apparently it’s no myth.

I’m over at Our Mommyhood today, extolling the virtues of sleep.

I know that we have all heard this before but for some reason, way too many of us fall short.

I always need a good reminder to get back on track.

    Thanks for the reminder! Hopefully, I back in a normal sleep schedule & be getting my 7-9 hrs a night.

    You're on target, as usual! Moms need sleep and I learned this the hard way. Eveyone is happier when Mama gets good sleep, I've come to realize.

    Great post! I think I could write a manual on how to get kids NOT to sleep in their beds all night. But, it's starting to get better.
